The posting

Oferta de empresa de inserción destinada a personas en riesgo de exclusión social. Funciones: - Organización, coordinación y supervisión de los trabajos de deconstrucción, recuperación, clasificación de materiales y gestión de residuos en las instalaciones de Lláscares. - Distribución de tareas y coordinación del equipo de trabajo, supervisando el cumplimiento de las medidas de prevención de riesgos laborales. - Control de materiales, herramientas y equipos. - Seguimiento de los trabajos realizados, garantizando el orden, la seguridad y el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones. - Apoyo en las tareas operativas cuando sea necesario. - Coordinación de los desplazamientos y trabajos fuera de las instalaciones. Requisitos: - Estar en posesión de certificado de exclusión social en vigor o documentación acreditativa de la situación de exclusión social válida para la contratación en una empresa de inserción. - Carnet de conducir tipo B. - Experiencia en organización y supervisión de equipos de trabajo, preferentemente en construcción, deconstrucción, mantenimiento o gestión de residuos. - Capacidad para organizar tareas, resolver incidencias y trabajar con autonomía. - Disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos por motivos laborales. - Se valorará el conocimientos de prevención de riesgos laborales. - Se valorará experiencia en clasificación, recuperación y gestión de materiales y residuos así como la experiencia en manejo de herramientas y maquinaria. - Capacidad de liderazgo, responsabilidad, iniciativa y trabajo en equipo Condiciones: - Contrato laboral temporal (un año prorrogable). - Jornada completa en horario de 08:00 a 16:00 horas. - Salario según convenio de recuperación y reciclado de residuos y materias primas secundarias.
