Kan jij een beschadigde wagen herstellen tot niemand nog ziet dat er iets mee gebeurd is? Wil je liever één wagen van begin tot einde afwerken dan elke dag een deeltje van een groter geheel doen? Dan krijg je hier je eigen wagen toegewezen en zie je het resultaat met eigen ogen.

Het bedrijf is een familiaal automobielbedrijf dat al aan de derde generatie toe is. De groep is actief in twee landen en telt ongeveer 900 medewerkers, van wie zo’n 105 in België. Toch blijft de sfeer familiaal en is het personeelsverloop opvallend laag. In het carrosserieteam werken ongeveer zeven collega’s, en er is ruimte voor een extra versterking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een toegewezen wagen wordt door dezelfde medewerker van A tot Z hersteld en afgewerkt
  • Met moderne technieken, zoals luchtdrogende systemen, worden herstellingen sneller uitgevoerd
  • Computers en meetapparatuur zorgen ervoor dat alle meetpunten van het voertuig correct nagekeken worden
  • Het volledige traject van een herstelling wordt zelfstandig opgevolgd
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in carrosserie is noodzakelijk, zodat een vlotte start meteen mogelijk is
  • Merkervaring is niet doorslaggevend, ervaring met verschillende automerken is welkom
  • Een stabiel arbeidsverleden is belangrijk
  • Een rustige en stabiele persoonlijkheid past het best bij het team
  • Nederlands is de voertaal op de werkvloer
