Als Carrossier - plaatbewerker treed jij op als onmisbare schakel in het herstellen en moderniseren van de basisconstructie van reizigerstreinen. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Uitvoeren van diverse verbeterings- en moderniseringswerken aan treinconstructies in nauwe samenwerking met lassers
  • Voorbereiden, proper maken, slijpen en ontroesten van oude ijzer-, staal- en aluminiumconstructies
  • Herstellen van schade door corrosie of ongevallen
  • Werken met snijbrander, plasmabrander, plaatschaar of plooibank
  • Altijd werken volgens opgelegde veiligheidsnormen in een technische omgeving

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een getuigschrift tweede graad technisch onderwijs of derde graad beroeps in mechanica-elektriciteit, of minstens 2 jaar ervaring als carrossier/plaatbewerker
  • Je beheerst de basis van mechanische bewerkingen zoals slijpen en ontroesten
  • Je hebt ervaring met snijbranders, plasmabraners, plaatschaar of plooibank
  • Handige én nauwkeurige teamspeler
  • Je kan fysiek zwaarder werk aan
  • Je werkt efficiënt en met kwaliteitsbesef
  • Je bent flexibel en staat open voor ploegenwerk
