Jij kijkt verder dan de situatie van vandaag en onderzoekt continu welke re‑integratiekansen er nog zijn. Daarmee maak je direct impact: voor werkgevers, werknemers én de schadelast van Achmea. In deze rol werk je zelfstandig aan jouw caseload, maar nooit alleen. Je schakelt met werkgevers, WIA‑gerechtigden en collega‑specialisten. Als casemanager kun je ook inzet vragen van collega arbeidsdeskundigen, artsen en juristen. Jij bepaalt welke acties nodig zijn om beweging te creëren in een dossier en zorgt dat deze ook worden uitgevoerd. Het is dus vooral noodzakelijk dat je goed naar de persoonlijke situatie van WIA-gerechtigden kunt kijken en daarin ook de belangen van Achmea en de werkgevers mee kunt nemen om een afweging te maken hoe je iedere situatie het beste kunt aanvliegen. Er is genoeg te doen, en het werk geeft veel voldoening. Het vakgebied van Verzuim en dan specifiek WIA wet- en regelgeving is een specifiek vakgebied, waardoor je veel kunt leren. Het bezitten van de CROV opleiding en de WFT's Basis en Inkomen zijn dan ook nodig voor de functie. Mocht je deze nog niet behaald hebben, krijg je hier het eerste jaar de ruimte voor wanneer je bij ons start. De afdeling Je werkt binnen het WIA Casemanagementteam, onderdeel van de afdeling Care Inkomen Collectief. Dit team bestaat uit 15 collega's. Je beschikt over een eigen caseload en eigen dossiers, waarop jij regie voert. Je hebt zowel contact met werkgevers als met werknemers. Om regie te voeren werk je ook samen met collega's van team verzuim, arbeidsdeskundigen, ...
