Casemanager Verzuim - Amersfoort Standplaats: Regio Amersfoort Dienstverband: 24-40 uur per week Salaris: €3.700 - €5.500 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring) De functie Binnen een multidisciplinair team werk je nauw samen met bedrijfsartsen en andere professionals. Als procesbewaker zorg je ervoor dat alle betrokkenen de juiste stappen uitvoeren volgens de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. Daarnaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor collega's, waarbij je jouw kennis deelt en bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van junior collega's. Wat neem je mee? Als Casemanager Verzuim speel je een centrale rol in de begeleiding van zieke werknemers naar duurzaam herstel. Je adviseert werkgevers en werknemers over ziekteverzuim, re-integratie en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - HBO werk- en denkniveau en een CROV/ROV/RCCM opleiding - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van verzuim - Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden - Betrokken en sociaal ingesteld met een samenwerkingsgerichte houding - Vaardig in het geven van gevraagd en ongevraagd advies Wat bieden wij? - Een contract voor 24-40 uur per week - Een brutosalaris van €3.700 - €5.500 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - Mogelijkheden tot hybride werken - Investeringen in jouw ontwikkeling door scholing, trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden Over de organisatie Je werkt bij een snelgroeiende en dynamische organisatie met een persoonlijke aanpak.
