Als Casemanager Verzuim ben je de regisseur van het hele traject. Je houdt overzicht, stelt de juiste vragen, bewaakt afspraken en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat de volgende stap is. Dit ga je doen - Je voert zelfstandig complexe en langdurige verzuimdossiers. - Je bewaakt de stappen en termijnen van de Wet verbetering poortwachter en grijpt in als een traject dreigt vast te lopen. - Je adviseert leidinggevenden over lastige verzuimsituaties en helpt hen om het goede gesprek te voeren. - Je schakelt met bedrijfsartsen, arbodienstverleners en andere deskundigen en vertaalt hun adviezen naar concrete acties. - Je bewaakt plannen van aanpak, evaluaties en andere verplichtingen - niet als doel op zich, maar om de re-integratie vooruit te helpen. - Je signaleert patronen en knelpunten in het verzuim en denkt mee over hoe het beter en eerder kan Kortom: jij zorgt dat een verzuimdossier geen dossier blijft, maar in beweging komt. Dit neem je mee Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als casemanager verzuim en kent de Wet verbetering poortwachter, Ziektewet en relevante arbeidswetgeving goed.
