- Werken bij Korian - Waarom Korian? Casemanager verzuim Korian Casemanager verzuim - Als Casemanager Verzuim ben jij de inhoudelijk expert op het gebied van verzuim en inzetbaarheid. Je adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd onze managers en draagt direct bij aan een gezond en veilig werkklimaat voor de (zorg)collega's van Korian. Je hebt diepgaande kennis van de Wet verbetering poortwachter en weet dit moeiteloos toe te passen. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team M&O Advies & Casemanagement en werkt nauw samen met je casemanager Verzuim collega. Samen verdelen jullie de regio's en zijn jullie het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de locaties binnen jullie eigen regio. Je bent daarom regelmatig op onze zorglocaties te vinden en vindt het geen probleem om hiervoor de auto in te stappen. Daarnaast werk je hybride: vanuit huis, op locatie of vanuit ons kantoor in Arnhem. Wat ga je doen? - Verzuimregie & Begeleiding: Analyseren van verzuimdossiers, afhandelen conform wet- en regelgeving en de actieve begeleiding van medewerkers bij langdurig verzuim (> 6 maanden), inclusief de regie over de inzet van providers. - HR-advies & Sparringpartner: Aanspreekpunt voor de bedrijfsarts en het proactief adviseren van locatie- en regiomanagers over het positief beïnvloeden van verzuim. - Eigenrisicodragerschap (ERD): Korian is ERD voor de Ziektewet. Jij vervult de werkgeversrol richting de uitvoerder van de dienstverlening ziektewet en voormalig medewerkers met een ZW-uitkering. - Beleid, Projecten & Preventie: Deelnemen aan (of voorzitten van) de stuurgroep Verzuim, optimaliseren van HR-verzuimprocessen en samen met collega's bouwen aan thema's als preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
