Wat ga je doen als Casemanager Verzuim?

Als Casemanager Verzuim begeleid je werkgevers en werknemers gedurende het verzuim- en re-integratieproces. Je bewaakt de stappen binnen de Wet verbetering poortwachter, houdt overzicht over jouw dossiers en zorgt dat acties tijdig worden opgepakt.

Een belangrijk deel van je werk bestaat uit het adviseren van werkgevers en leidinggevenden. Je bespreekt wat er binnen een dossier speelt, vertaalt de terugkoppeling van de bedrijfsarts naar praktische vervolgstappen en denkt mee over re-integratie, inzetbaarheid en preventie.

Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen het individuele dossier. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen binnen organisaties en gebruikt jouw kennis en ervaring om werkgevers steeds beter te ondersteunen bij hun verzuimaanpak.

Wat wordt jou geboden?

- Een salaris tussen €3.400 en €5.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en de organisatie;

- Mogelijkheden van 24 tot 40 uur per week;

- Flexibiliteit in de indeling van jouw werkzaamheden;
