Vakgebied CCU-verpleegkundigen CCU-verpleegkundige bij Amphia Werken op de CCU/EHH bij Amphia betekent specialistische acute hartzorg verlenen in een dynamische omgeving voor verpleegkundigen die houden van afwisseling, snel kunnen schakelen en samenwerken in een hecht team. Je werkt samen met zorgprofessionals vanuit verschillende expertisegebieden zoals, Basis Acute Zorgverpleegkundige, doktersassistenten, artsen en artsen in opleiding, de Hartcatheterisatiekamers en de kliniek. Dit hebben we jou te bieden Verantwoordelijkheid en flexibiliteit Op de CCU en EHH krijg je veel zelfstandigheid. Binnen de geldende protocollen neem je beslissingen op basis van je klinische blik en medische kennis. Zo draag je direct verantwoordelijkheid voor hoogwaardige pati Amphia beschikt over Hecht team Samen maken we veel complexe situaties mee. Juist daardoor kennen we elkaar goed en weten we wat we aan elkaar hebben. Dat zorgt niet alleen voor een sterke samenwerking, maar ook voor een fijne werksfeer. Afwisseling en uitdaging De zorg is vaak onvoorspelbaar: het kan hollen of stilstaan zijn. Dankzij innovatieve technieken, complexe zorgvragen en onze regionale functie kom je in aanraking met een grote diversiteit aan patiënten. Dat maakt de CCU/EHH een uitdagende, leerzame en afwisselende werkplek waar geen dag hetzelfde is. De ene dag verleen je intensieve zorg aan instabiele patiënten op de CCU, de andere dag vang je acute cardiologische patiënten op de EHH op. Daarnaast ben je als CCU-verpleegkundige onderdeel van het ALS geschoold en heb je een leidende rol binnen het reanimatieteam van Amphia.
