Als Center Manager*in bietest du nicht nur klassische Nachhilfe - du bist Botschafter für die Bildung der nächsten Generation.

Eltern wollen moderne Bildung. Kinder, die nicht nur lernen, sondern gestalten. Wir spüren den Puls der Zeit - testen neue Formate, probieren neue Konzepte und du machst das möglich.

Was dich erwartet:

* Eltern & Schüler*innen beraten.

* Stunden- & Kurspläne organisieren.

* Dein Team aufbauen & begleiten.

* Deinen Standort im Blick behalten.

* Deinen Standort wachsen lassen.

* Schnittstelle zwischen den Eltern, Lehrer*innen & Schüler*innen

* einfache Verwaltungs-/Administrationstätigkeiten (keine großen EDV-Kenntnisse notwendig)

Unsere Anforderungen an dich:

* Du bist kommunikativ / kontaktfreudig

* Du bist mobil (Führerschein B & Privat PKW) um beide Standorte einfach zu erreichen

* Du kannst dir vorstellen einen guten Umgang zu den Eltern, Lehrer*innen & Schüler*innen zu schaffen

Du bist verantwortlich für 2 Standorte:

* Gänserndorf - Bahnstraße 51/Dachgeschoss, 2230 Gänserndorf

* Hainburg - Landstraße 6/Top 3, 2410 Hainburg

Arbeitszeit:

* für 25 Wochenstunden

* Montag bis Freitag

* Nachmittags

Entlohnung:

für 25 Wochenstunden ab 1.500 € brutto pro Monat - wird je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung vereinbart - plus Prämien

Brauche ich eine pädagogische Ausbildung?

+Nein. Wichtiger sind kaufmännisches Verständnis, Organisationstalent und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen. Das nötige Fachwissen vermitteln wir dir in einer umfassenden Einschulung.

Werde ich bei der Einarbeitung unterstützt?

+Ja. Du erhältst eine strukturierte Einschulung und wirst laufend von der LernQuadrat-Zentrale unterstützt - von Marketing über Software bis zur Personalplanung.

Wie viele Stunden pro Woche sind das?

+Die meisten Stellen sind mit 25 Std./Woche als Teilzeit ausgeschrieben, nachmittags. Konkrete Stunden- und Gehaltsdetails klären wir gerne im Gespräch.
