In deze veelzijdige functie maak je deel uit van het BNL-cluster, een hecht en dynamisch team waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen van zowel onze Partner Business Managers als onze gecertificeerde partners in de Benelux.

Wat ga je doen?

- Bewaken van de gedeelde iTS Benelux-mailbox (via een ticketsysteem) om ervoor te zorgen dat klantvragen snel en correct worden beantwoord.

- Uitwerken van offertes voor partners, het sturen van status herinneringen en het bijwerken in de systemen.

- Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken wanneer de Partner Business Managers of technici van de technische afdeling niet beschikbaar zijn.

- Ondersteunen bij eenvoudige offerteaanvragen en aannemen van berichten bij complexere aanvragen.

- Testen van kaartlezers.

- Ondersteunen van de Partner Business Managers bij het verder laten groeien van het partnerkanaal.
