Wir suchen für unseren Auftraggeber 1 Chapter Lead Growth Marketing (w/m/d) Als Chapter Lead Growth Marketing:in übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für die Demand-Growth-Prozesse in einem dynamischen, datengetriebenen Umfeld. Du gestaltest strategische Prozesse, Tools und Arbeitsweisen, befähigst ein Team aus Growth Marketer:innen und übersetzt Wachstumsbedürfnisse in skalierbare MarTech-Lösungen. Deine Hands-on-Mentalität und deine Erfahrung im Growth Marketing machen dich zum idealen Sparring Partner und Enabler für maximale Wirkung in verschiedenen Märkten.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

* Gestaltung ganzheitlicher Prozesse, Tools und Ways of Working für die Demand-Growth-Strategie über verschiedene Verticals (z. B. Immobilien, Auto, Jobs, Marktplatz).

* Identifikation und Herausforderung marktspezifischer Bedürfnisse, Lücken und Chancen, um diese in wirksame Wachstumshebel zu übersetzen.

* Lösungsorientierte Begleitung des Growth-Marketing-Teams durch die Aufbauphase im datengetriebenen Marketing, inkl. Übersetzen der Anforderungen in präzise MarTech-Requirements.

* Strategische Nutzung von Plattform-Hebeln (z. B. Braze-CRM-Flows, Product Feeds, First-Party-Segmente) zur Steuerung von Nutzerströmen für eine gesunde Marktplatz-Liquidität.

* Etablierung von Best Practices, Priorisierung von Maßnahmen und Förderung einer transparenten, wertschätzenden Teamkultur.

* Optimierung kurz- und langfristiger Testing-Prozesse sowie Aufbau eines CFO-konformen Measurements zur Messung des inkrementellen Returns.

Das bringst du mit:

* Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Growth Marketing oder Growth Hacking, idealerweise in Classifieds-, Scale-up- oder D2C-Umfeldern.

* Führungserfahrung, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Werte wie Radical Candor aktiv vorzuleben.

* Tiefes Verständnis und fundiertes Anwenderwissen im MarTech-Ökosystem (z. B. Braze, Segment, Snowflake).

* Kenntnisse in Methoden wie Incremental Testing, CAC/LTV-Analysen und Marketing Mix Modeling.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Souveränität im Austausch mit Produktverantwortlichen und dem eigenen Team.
