The posting

Principales responsabilités :

  • Accueillir et prendre en charge les clients de manière professionnelle et courtoise
  • Conduire les passagers vers leurs destinations en toute sécurité et ponctualité
  • Assurer les transferts vers et depuis les aéroports et gares
  • Transporter les clients vers des événements professionnels ou privés
  • Effectuer des missions pour le compte d'entreprises partenaires
  • Entretenir et maintenir le véhicule en parfait état de propreté et de fonctionnement
  • Gérer les formalités administratives liées aux courses (facturation, rapports)
  • Optimiser les itinéraires en fonction du trafic et des contraintes horaires

Prérequis

  • Être ponctuel
  • Être présentable
  • Être en capacité d'assimiler du contenu neuf régulièrement ( formation continue )
  • Disposer d'un permis B en état de validé et d'une voiture en état de fonctionnement afin d'accomplir les diverses actions commerciales.
  • Disposer de la sélection médicale en état de validité. ( MEDEX )
  • Disposer de la licence dédiée au transport de personne en zone Wallone ( SPW Cellule Taxi )
  • Disposer d'un bonus/malus -2 ou 5 ans sans accident ( Attestation de sinistralité à prévoir )
  • Disposer d'un profil Linkedin à jour & documenté.
  • Être bilingue ( FR ou NL ou EN et une deuxième langue )

Profil recherché

  • Titulaire du permis B depuis au moins 3 ans
  • Carte professionnelle de chauffeur LVC en cours de validité
  • Expérience minimum de 2 ans en tant que chauffeur professionnel
  • Excellente connaissance de la région et de ses axes routiers
  • Maîtrise des outils de navigation GPS et des applications de mobilité
  • Niveau d'anglais conversationnel (autres langues appréciées)
  • Casier judiciaire vierge

  • Ponctualité et fiabilité
  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité
  • Capacité à gérer le stress et les imprévus
  • Flexibilité horaire (travail possible en soirée, week-end et jours fériés)
  • Courtoisie, patience et diplomatie
  • Bonne condition physique (manutention occasionnelle de bagages)
