Pour l'un de nos clients situé à Herstal, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Chef d'Atelier Mécanique (H/F/X).

Vous êtes un professionnel expérimenté en mécanique automobile et souhaitez mettre vos compétences techniques et organisationnelles au service d'une équipe dynamique ? Cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Votre fonction

En tant que Chef d'atelier, vous supervisez l'activité quotidienne de l'atelier et veillez au bon déroulement des interventions sur les véhicules poids légers.

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Organiser le travail quotidien de l'atelier afin d'assurer une répartition efficace des interventions.
  • Planifier les opérations de maintenance et de réparation en tenant compte des priorités et des délais.
  • Encadrer et coordonner l'équipe de mécaniciens dans l'avancement des travaux.
  • Contrôler la qualité des interventions réalisées avant la remise des véhicules.
  • Assurer le suivi technique des véhicules pris en charge par l'atelier.
  • Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité et des procédures en vigueur.

Vous possédez une formation en mécanique automobile ou dans un domaine technique similaire.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en mécanique poids légers.

Vous maîtrisez le diagnostic de pannes mécaniques ainsi que les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative.

Vous disposez d'une expérience en gestion ou en coordination d'un atelier mécanique.

Vous êtes capable d'encadrer une équipe technique et de communiquer efficacement avec vos collaborateurs.

Vous travaillez de manière autonome, organisée et rigoureuse.

Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, une bonne gestion des priorités et accordez une grande importance au respect des procédures de sécurité.
