Forum Jobs recherche pour une entreprise situé à Comines, spécialisée dans le secteur agroalimentaire, un Chef d’équipe. Vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement de la ligne de production durant votre horaire de travail. Votre rôle est essentiel pour garantir une production fluide, efficace et conforme aux exigences de qualité.Vos missions :

  • Encadrer, motiver et accompagner votre équipe afin de maintenir un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant.
  • Assurer la planification du personnel de votre équipe, composée d’environ 8 personnes.
  • Veiller au respect des objectifs de production, des volumes et des normes de qualité en supervisant les opérations et en intervenant lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Assurer un suivi technique de premier niveau grâce à vos connaissances de base en mécanique et en électronique.
  • Identifier et signaler les problèmes techniques et, lorsque cela est possible, proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Production Manager et le Planning Production afin d’améliorer continuellement les processus.

Profil recherché(e) :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme technique et/ou disposez d’une expérience significative en tant qu’opérateur(trice) de machines et chef(fe) d’équipe.
  • Une expérience confirmée dans le secteur agroalimentaire est requise.
  • Vous faites preuve de leadership, d’organisation et de réactivité.
  • Vous êtes flexible et acceptez de travailler en équipes alternées (matin/après-midi).
  • Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel et savez gérer une équipe avec bienveillance, respect et efficacité.
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre des décisions et de réagir rapidement face aux imprévus.
