Le chef d'équipe HVAC est responsable de l'encadrement quotidien d'une équipe chargée de l'installation, de l'entretien et de la réparation des systèmes de chauffage, de ventilation, de climatisation et de réfrigération. Il veille à ce que les travaux soient réalisés en toute sécurité, de manière efficace et conformément au planning établi.

Principales missions

  • Encadrer une équipe de monteurs et de techniciens HVAC sur chantier.
  • Planifier, organiser et répartir les tâches quotidiennes.
  • Veiller à la bonne exécution des installations conformément aux plans techniques, aux cahiers des charges et aux normes en vigueur.
  • Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés et apporter les corrections nécessaires si besoin.
  • Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, de santé et de protection de l'environnement.
  • Fournir un soutien technique et participer aux installations complexes ou aux interventions de dépannage.
  • Gérer le matériel, les outils et les équipements, et assurer leur disponibilité.
  • Collaborer avec les chefs de projet, les clients, les sous-traitants et les autres parties concernées.
  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux et signaler rapidement les problèmes ou les écarts.
  • Encadrer les nouveaux collaborateurs, assurer leur formation et contribuer au coaching de l'équipe.
  • Veiller au bon suivi administratif, notamment des bons de travail, des relevés d'heures et des documents de réception.
  • Veiller à ce que les projets soient réalisés dans le respect des délais, des exigences de qualité et des budgets fixés.
  • Solides connaissances techniques des installations HVAC.
  • Expérience dans la gestion et l'encadrement d'une équipe.
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en leadership.
  • Connaissance des règles de sécurité et de la législation applicable.
  • Résistance au stress, rigueur et souci de la qualité.
