* Arbeitsort: Das Alpenhaus Hotels & Resorts Bad Hofgastein

* Stundenausmaß: Vollzeit

* Eintritt: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

* Gehalt: Ab 2440 Brutto pro Monat

DEINE TALENTE IM EINSATZ!

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und auch für die Durchführung sämtlicher Arbeiten in der Hotelbar und auf der Sonnenterrasse um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren

* Du bist zuständig für die Zubereitung und das Servieren von Speisen, Cocktails und diversen Getränken in deinem Bereich

* Du arbeitest eng mit dem Restaurantteam zusammen

* Du übernimmst am Nachmittag die Betreuung der Seminarpausen und führst Cocktail- & Apero Empfänge durch

* Du hast dabei auch die Verantwortung für zugewiesene Lehrlinge & Praktikanten und deren Ausbildung im Fachbereich Bar

* Wenn möglich unterstützt du auch das Service Team während dem Dinner

* Die täglichen Schlussarbeiten in der Bar inkl. Abrechnung und Standkontrolle im Lager sind auch tägliche To Do`s

* In deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich fallen auch die Einhaltung unserer der HACCP- und Qualitätsrichtlinien

DEIN SCHLÜSSEL ZUM ERFOLG!

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder bist ein motivierter Quereinsteiger_innen

* Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung als Barkeeper_in in der gehobenen Hotellerie

* Kreativität ist in deiner DNA

* Du bist ein Teamplayer_in und liebst den Umgang mit Menschen

* Du achtest auf die Details

* Auch in Stresssituationen behältst du den Überblick

* Du besitzt sehr gute Spirituosen- und Cocktailkenntnisse

* Du besitzt kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse- beide Sprachen in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständiges Denken, Engagement und Professionalität zeichnen dich aus

* Du bist ein Verkaufstalent
