Konvert Tournai recherche activement un chef de chantier électricien diriger la maintenance et réparation de diverses installations sur des projets techniques au sein d'environnements industriels et tertiaires situé sur la région de PLOEGSTEERT/LE BIZET.

Vous prenez la responsabilité d'une équipe de 3 à 10 personnes. Acteur de terrain, vous participez aux travaux tout en assurant l'organisation globale du chantier.

Vous garantissez la bonne coordination des tâches, la planification quotidienne, ainsi que l'évolution du chantier dans le respect des délais et des exigences techniques. En collaboration avec le chef de projet, vous préparez les documents nécessaires (plans, dossiers techniques, matériel) et vous veillez à l'application rigoureuse des normes de sécurité et de qualité.

Votre sens de l'organisation, votre leadership naturel et votre orientation client contribuent à maintenir une ambiance de travail constructive et à assurer des interventions fiables et professionnelles.

Vos tâches:

  • Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de 3 à 10 électriciens sur différents chantiers.
  • Participer aux installations électriques et aux travaux de terrain.
  • Organiser la planification et assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux.
  • Préparer le matériel, les plans et les documents techniques en collaboration avec le chef de projet.
  • Veiller au respect strict des règles de sécurité, de qualité et des procédures internes.
  • Vous êtes diplômé en électricité, électricité industrielle, automatisation ou disposez d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous maîtrisez les aspects techniques liés au métier et disposez d'aisances relationnelles.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de sens des responsabilités et d'un bon esprit d'organisation.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes capable de motiver et guider vos collaborateurs.
  • Vous possédez le permis de conduire B.
