Beschrijving First things first Hotel Eindhoven-Best heeft drie verschillende restaurants: een rooftop-, buffet- en a la carte restaurant. We zoeken een chef voor ons a la carte restaurant. Op dit menu vind je de all-time-favourites als vernieuwende gerechten. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de mise en place. Een goed begin is het halve werk; - Je zorgt voor de perfecte bereiding van de verschillende gerechten. Je cheft dat alle borden er tiptop uitzien waarbij een juiste timing ook belangrijk is; - Je leert zowel de warme als koude kant van de keuken. Tuurlijk mag je een voorkeur geven voor een bepaalde kant; - Het plaatsen, controleren en in ontvangst nemen van bestellingen; - Je wordt betrokken bij het succesvol neerzetten van onze verschillende restaurants. We werken met veel verse producten en je helpt mee met het bedenken van nieuwe gerechten op onze kaart; - Je zorgt voor blije gezichten onder het personeel door het maken van de personeelsmaaltijd; - Vanzelfsprekend hoort ook het opruimen en schoonhouden van je werkplek -volgens de HACCP richtlijnen- tot je takenpakket.
