* Zubereitung hochwertiger Speisen und ansprechende Präsentation unter Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs durch effiziente Planung von Speisenzubereitung und Küchenabläufen

* Serviceorientierte und herzliche Gästekommunikation sowie professioneller Umgang mit individuellen Anliegen und Feedback

* Einhaltung, Dokumentation und Kontrolle der Ernährungs-, HACCP-Hygienerichtlinien und Sicherheitsstandards

Du passt zu uns, weil ...

* du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mitbringst, idealerweise in gehobener Gastronomie oder einem Hauben-Restaurant

* du ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein lebst und durch kulinarisches Können auf Hauben-Niveau überzeugst

* du auch anspruchsvolle Situationen professionell meisterst

* du einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office Programmen und idealerweise dem Warenwirtschaftssystem Necta hast

* du über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verfügst. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
