Als Chef de Partie bringst du dein Können in einem kreativen Küchenteam ein - mit Liebe zum Detail, hohem Qualitätsanspruch und einem Gespür für Geschmack und Präsentation. Du trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Gäste kulinarisch verwöhnt werden und sich vom ersten Bissen an willkommen fühlen.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Mitverantwortung für einen reibungslosen Küchenablauf - strukturiert, qualitätsbewusst und engagiert;

* Zubereiten und Anrichten von Speisen auf deinem Posten - mit Liebe zum Detail, kreativ und nach hohen Standards;

* Sicherstellen von Hygiene und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich - gründlich, vorausschauend und HACCP-konform;

* Kontrolle und Lagerung von Waren - sorgfältig, verantwortungsvoll und effizient;

* Melden von Mängeln & Optimierungspotenzial - aufmerksam, lösungsorientiert und proaktiv;

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchen- und Serviceteam - für einen exzellenten Gästeservice und reibungslose Abläufe;

* Mit Herz Gastgeber:in sein - du sorgst für kulinarische Highlights und ein unvergessliches Genusserlebnis.

* Erste Berufserfahrung als Koch:Köchin und Leidenschaft für dein Handwerk;

Hinweis: Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass wir Vorstellungskosten nicht übernehmen. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Chef de Partie (m/w/d) beträgt 2.237,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
