Aufgabenbereiche:

* Koordination & Verantwortung über den reibungslosen Ablauf deines Postens

* Produktion & Zubereitung

* Einhaltung der Service-, Qualitäts- & Hygienestandards

* Warenannahme & Warenkontrolle

* Ökonomischer & effizienter Material-, Waren & Geräteeinsatz

* Einhaltung der Lagerbestimmungen (FIFO, etc.)

* Einsatz als Rotisseur, Entremetier & Saucier

Qualifikationen:

* Eine abgeschlossene Kochausbildung, Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Handwerkliches Können, eine saubere Arbeitsweise und ein Blick fürs Detail

* Eigenverantwortung, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Ruhe, auch bei vollem Haus den Überblick zu behalten

* Freude an der Arbeit im Team und ein freundlicher, kollegialer Umgang

* Die Bereitschaft, dazuzulernen - und das Können, andere mitzunehmen

Unsere Öffnungszeiten: Montag bis Sonntag von 11:30 bis 23:30 Uhr - Arbeitszeit nach Absprache.
