Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Chef de Partie - Postenkoch/Köchin Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Führung des Fleischpostens

* Zubereitung von Fleischgerichten nach Hausstandard - Unsere Österreichischen Klassiker

* Herstellung von Saucen, Fonds und Jus (Saucier)

* Brat- und Grillarbeiten (Rotisseur)

* Mise en place für den laufenden Küchenbetrieb

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)

* Zusammenarbeit im Küchenteam und Unterstützung bei Sonderveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Praxis am Fleischposten (Saucier / Rotisseur) erforderlich

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Qualitätsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Geeignet für Saisonarbeiter aus Skigebieten sowie Einheimische aus Melk und Umgebung

* Führerschein B und Privatpkw von Vorteil
