Van Eggs Royale tot côte de boeuf — jij houdt van goed eten en weet precies hoe je het op z'n best bereidt. Bij The Lobby zijn we op zoek naar een Chef de Partie die energie krijgt van een dynamische keuken en oog heeft voor kwaliteit.

Als Chef de Partie ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de keuken van The Lobby. Samen met het keukenteam zorg je ervoor dat gerechten volgens receptuur worden voorbereid, bereid en uitgegeven. Je werkt nauw samen met de Chef-kok en denkt actief mee over de gerechten en de samenstelling van het menu.

Tijdens iedere service houd jij het hoofd koel en de kwaliteit hoog. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat ieder bord de keuken verlaat zoals het bedoeld is. Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt graag samen en begrijpt dat goede timing en communicatie essentieel zijn voor een soepele service. Naast het bereiden en uitgeven van gerechten draag je bij aan het bewaken en continu verbeteren van de kwaliteit en service van The Lobby. Je werkt volgens de geldende HACCP-richtlijnen en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om hygiënisch, georganiseerd en zorgvuldig te werken.

Bij The Lobby krijg je de ruimte om je vak verder te ontwikkelen, mee te denken over nieuwe gerechten en onderdeel te zijn van een team waarin kwaliteit, gastvrijheid en plezier in het vak centraal staan. Geen service is hetzelfde en juist die dynamiek maakt werken in de keuken zo leuk.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Bereiden en uitgeven van gerechten volgens receptuur en de kwaliteitsstandaarden van The Lobby;

• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor jouw eigen partie en zorgen dat deze tijdens iedere service goed georganiseerd is;

• Samenwerken met de Chef-kok en het keukenteam tijdens voorbereiding en service;

• Meedenken over de samenstelling en ontwikkeling van het menu;

• Bewaken en waar mogelijk verbeteren van de kwaliteit van ge
