Im Alpenrose Familux Resort übernimmst du als Chef de Rang die Verantwortung für deine eigene Servicestation und schaffst gemeinsam mit deinem Team ein außergewöhnliches Gästeerlebnis auf höchstem Niveau.

Einige Deiner Aufgaben:

- Operative Leitung der zugewiesenen Servicestation inkl. Mise-en-Place, Serviceablauf und Nachbereitung - Professionelle Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste - Aufnahme von Speisen- und Getränkebestellungen, Koordination des gesamten Serviceflows innerhalb der Station - Fachgerechter Weinservice in enger Abstimmung mit dem Sommelierteam, ohne Sommelier-spezifische Beratungs- oder Verkaufsaufgaben zu übernehmen - Souveränes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken - Anleitung, Unterstützung und Qualitätskontrolle gegenüber zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden (z. B. Commis de Rang, Demi Chef de Rang) - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Service-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards sowie Kontrolle von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Stationsbereich - Professionelle Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und -anliegen im Rahmen der Station - Teilnahme an Servicebriefings sowie Mitwirkung an Schulungen und internen Qualitätsinitiativen

Was du mitbringst:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gastronomie/Hotellerie oder langjährige Serviceerfahrung - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im gehobenen Service (4- oder 5-Sterne) - Fundierte Grundkenntnisse im professionellen Weinservice - Kenntnisse moderner Servicetechniken und Umgang mit Speisen & Getränken - Sicherer Umgang mit POS-Systemen (z. B. Micros) und Verständnis operativer Abläufe - Kenntnisse von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards - Ausgeprägte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit natürlicher Autorität und Empathie - Strukturierte, detailorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Fähigkeit, Commis de Rang anzuleiten, zu motivieren und als Vorbild zu agieren - Kommunikationsstärke und Souveränität im Gäste- und Teamkontakt - Belastbarkeit, Entscheidungsfreude und hohe Serviceorientierung - Freude an operativer Präsenz und einem professionellen Erscheinungsbild
