Wir stellen ein: 1 Chef de rang (m./w.) Das bist du

Aufgaben:

* Einsatz in den Servicebereichen, Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen

* Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen Gäste

* Aktiver Verkauf von Aperitif, Digestif und Weinen unter Mithilfe unseres Restaurantleiters

* Bedienung und Abrechnung mit unserer Hotel- und Kassensoftware Nova Touch von Smart Systems

* Zuständigkeit für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards des Hauses

Anforderungsprofil:

* Erfahrung als Chef de rang sowie Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie/Gastronomie

* wir wünschen uns eine/n kompetente/n Gastgeber/in mit gutem Organisationstalent und einem positiven Teamgeist

* gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* selbstbewusstes, gepflegtes und überzeugendes gewinnendes Auftreten und gute Kommunikation

* Flexibilität, Motivation, Belastbarkeit und Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit Gästen

* hohe Leistungs- und Einsatzbereitschaft verantwortungsbewusst, aufgeschlossen und teamfähig

selbstbewusste und fröhliche Persönlichkeit
