Für unser 4* Adults Only Wellness- & Kuschelhotel in St. Georgen im Attergau suchen wir 1 Chef de rang (m./w.) Arbeitszeit: Voll- oder Teilzeit möglich

Du liebst es, Gastgeber*in zu sein und mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten große Wirkung zu erzielen? Dann bist du im Service des Hotel Winzer genau richtig. Bei uns begleitest du Paare durch genussvolle Momente - vom ersten Kaffee am Morgen bis zum gemeinsamen Abendessen. Als Chef de Rang gestaltest Du maßgeblich das kulinarische Erlebnis unserer Gäste - mit Leidenschaft, Professionalität und einem persönlichen Touch.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Betreuung einer Station im Restaurant

* Herzliche Begrüßung und persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs im eigenen Bereich

* Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

* Beratung unserer Gäste zu Menü, Wein, Getränken und Unverträglichkeiten

* Aktiver Verkauf von Getränken, Weinbegleitungen und Zusatzleistungen

* Vorbereitung und Kontrolle des täglichen Mise en Place

* Eindecken, Kontrollieren und Nachbereiten der Tische nach unseren Standards

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Bar, Rezeption und Restaurantleitung

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild im Restaurant

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Restaurantfach oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im gehobenen Service

* Fachwissen zu Speisen, Getränken, Wein und Serviceabläufen

* Ein gutes Gespür für Gäste, besondere Anlässe und unausgesprochene Wünsche

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein für den eigenen Rang

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und professionelle Umgangsformen

* Teamgeist und Bereitschaft, Kolleg*innen aktiv zu unterstützen

* Ruhe, Überblick und Lösungsorientierung auch in intensiven Servicezeiten

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Gepflegtes Auftreten und Freude am persönlichen Gästekontakt
