Fachkompetenz

* Fundierte Erfahrung im Servicebereich & hinter der Bar * Erfahrung in der Zubereitung von Cocktails und Getränken * Grundkenntnisse Wein * Erfahrung hinsichtlich Kassensystemen * Kenntnisse der HACCP-Richtlinien und sicherer Umgang mit Hygienestandards * Fließend Deutsch & gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

Deine Mission bei uns

* First Class Host: Vom aufmerksamen Service bis zur kompetenten Beratung bei Speisen und Getränken - du sorgst dafür, dass unsere internationalen Gäste sich wie bei Freunden fühlen. * Station Owner: Du leitest deine Station eigenverantwortlich, hast den Überblick über die Abläufe und garantierst einen reibungslosen Service. * Liquid Art: Du bereitest klassische Cocktails und Drinks fachgerecht zu und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Glas ein Highlight ist. * Verantwortung am "Lieblingsplatzl": Du hast den Hut auf, füllst die Bar täglich auf und sorgst dafür, dass dein Arbeitsplatz glänzt. * Qualitäts-Garant: Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail, optimierst Abläufe in deinem Bereich und bleibst auch bei Reklamationen souverän und lösungsorientiert. * Teamplayer_in mit Drive: Du arbeitest eng mit der Bar und der Küche zusammen und erledigst deine tägliche Kellnerabrechnung gewissenhaft. * Problemlöser_in: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für die Anliegen unserer Gäste und bleibst auch bei Beschwerden souverän und charmant. * Zahlen im Griff: Die tägliche Kellner_innenabrechnung erledigst du schnell, sauber und effizient.

* Erfahrung: Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Service und hinter der Bar, kennst dich mit Cocktails aus und bringst Wein-Grundkenntnisse mit. * Hands-on-Mentalität: Du behältst den Überblick, wenn es im Lieblingsplatzl hochhergeht. Stress ist für dich ein Fremdwort - du bleibst auch dann cool und flexibel, wenn die Rushhour an der Theke mal wieder alle Rekorde bricht. * Kommunikationstalent: Dein Deutsch und Englisch sitzen - und dein Lächeln ist deine beste Sprache. * Gepflegtes Auftreten: Du bist ein authentischer Gastgeber mit Leidenschaft für die Gastro und einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild. * Know-how: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Kassensystemen und kennst die HACCP-Richtlinien in- und auswendig.
