In einem engagierten Team tragen Sie dazu bei, täglich hochwertige Gerichte für Gäste im À-la-carte-Restaurant sowie im Rahmen von Gourmet-Menüs zuzubereiten. Mit dem neuen Chef's Table entsteht zusätzlich ein exklusives Fine-Dining-Konzept, bei dem Sie von Anfang an mitwirken können.

Wir suchen 2 Chef_in de partie (Demi Chef_in) Saisonstelle oder Ganzjahresstelle - Mitarbeit in einem Küchenteam mit Fokus auf Qualität und Kreativität

Beginn & Beschäftigungsausmaß

ab ca. 25.11.2026 bis ca. 02.05.2027 Vollzeit 6-Tage Woche (48 Stunden)

Tätigkeiten

* Unterstützung des/der Chef_in de Partie bei der Führung des Küchenpostens

* Zubereitung und Anrichten von kreativen und hochwertigen Gerichten

* Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Speisen, insbesondere für den Chef's Table

* Durchführung der täglichen Mise en Place

* Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards sowie Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin

* 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Teamfähigkeit und unterstützende Arbeitsweise

* Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Offenheit für Feedback sowie positive Grundeinstellung

* Speisen zubereiten (BIS-Kompetenz)

Hinweis zur Entlohnung

Das Mindestentgelt gilt für die gesetzliche Normalarbeitszeit (Brutto-Grundgehalt). Überstunden- sowie allfällige Zuschläge für einen 6. Arbeitstag werden zusätzlich abgegolten.
