Dan krijg je hier de unieke kans om mee aan de basis te staan van een ambitieus groeiverhaal. Onze klant heeft concrete plannen om het assortiment kant-en-klare maaltijden sterk uit te breiden en investeert hiervoor in een volledig uitgeruste professionele productiekeuken. Als Chef-Kok krijg je een sleutelrol in de uitbouw van deze nieuwe afdeling en denk je actief mee over processen, recepten en kwaliteit.

Wij vragen

Je staat in voor de dagelijkse werking van de productiekeuken. Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert recepten voor kant-en-klare maaltijden. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, smaak en presentatie van alle bereidingen. Je organiseert en coördineert de productieplanning. Je beheert grondstoffen, bestellingen en voorraad. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle HACCP- en voedselveiligheidsnormen strikt worden nageleefd. Je denkt mee over nieuwe producten en uitbreiding van het assortiment. Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder om de keuken verder uit te bouwen. Je helpt mee de basis te leggen voor toekomstige uitbreiding van het keukenteam.
