Een bordes, staalconstructie of productielijn plaatsen vraagt meer dan sterke monteurs. Iemand moet het plan bewaken, het werk verdelen en zorgen dat alles veilig en correct samenkomt. Dat wordt jouw rol, terwijl je zelf dicht bij de montage blijft.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je organiseert de montage van trappen, bordessen, veiligheidsconstructies en productielijnen.
  • Je verdeelt het werk onder monteurs en lassers en legt duidelijk uit wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je ondersteunt je ploeg praktisch wanneer de montage daarom vraagt.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang vanaf de opstart tot de oplevering.
  • Je overlegt rechtstreeks met de klant en de projectverantwoordelijke over het verloop van de werf.

Waar ga je werken? De klant biedt technische ondersteuning en doet ook aan project maatwerk.

Onze klant is een technisch georiënteerd bedrijf, met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in de productie, het onderhoud en de herstelling van industriële machines en staalconstructies. Verfijnd maatwerk is al sinds dag één onze standaard.

  • Je hebt ervaring als staalmonteur, constructiemonteur of industrieel plaatser.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en weet hoe een montage praktisch aangepakt moet worden.
  • Je helpt vandaag al collega's vooruit en durft duidelijke instructies te geven.
  • Je houdt overzicht wanneer verschillende monteurs tegelijk aan een project werken.
  • Je wilt doorgroeien zonder zelf volledig van de werf te verdwijnen.
