The posting

Bij een elektrotechnisch automatiseringsbedrijf in Erp stuur je als chefmonteur de montage en installatie van industriële besturingsinstallaties aan. Je werkt aan projecten in onder meer de mengvoerindustrie, logistiek, levensmiddelenindustrie en milieutechniek. Op basis van tekeningen en schema’s zorg je dat monteurs installaties correct bekabelen, aansluiten en opleveren. Bij grotere projecten coördineer je de elektrotechnische uitvoering op locatie; bij kleinere projecten monteer je zelf mee. Je schakelt dagelijks met de projectleider, engineers, opdrachtgever en monteurs over de uitvoering. Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang, helpt storingen oplossen en ondersteunt de software engineer bij I/O-tests. Ook begeleid je hulpmonteurs en houd je revisies en projectdocumentatie bij. Vanuit je praktijkkennis ontwikkel je je richting field engineer: je koppelt bevindingen op locatie terug naar engineering en denkt mee over technisch uitvoerbare oplossingen. Functie-inhoud - Eigen en ingeleende monteurs en onderaannemers aansturen; nieuwe hulpmonteurs inwerken en coachen. - Montage, bekabeling en aansluiting van elektrotechnische installaties begeleiden en bij kleinere projecten zelf uitvoeren. - Inbedrijfstellingen begeleiden, technische problemen oplossen en de software engineer ondersteunen bij I/O-tests. - Uitvoering en voortgang afstemmen met de projectleider, engineers, opdrachtgever en andere partijen op locatie. - Toezien op veilig werken en de kwaliteit van de gemonteerde installaties. - Uren bijhouden, de projectbegroting mede bewaken en revisietekeningen en projectdocumentatie actualiseren. - Praktijkbevindingen terugkoppelen naar engineering en je ontwikkelen tot field engineer. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting. - Ervaring met het aansturen van montageteams met wisselende samenstellingen. - Gedegen technische kennis van industriële automatisering en elektrotechnisc.
