Als Chefmonteur Energie & Industrie coördineer en stuur je de dagelijkse uitvoering van grote projecten of kleinere, complexe projecten op één of meerdere locaties aan. Je geeft leiding aan monteurs van verschillende niveaus, instrueert, begeleidt en motiveert hen en ondersteunt bij technische vraagstukken. Je stuurt waar nodig onderaannemers aan en stemt werkzaamheden af met interne en externe betrokkenen. Je verdeelt het werk, stelt waar nodig een detailplanning op en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je controleert of het werk volgens de opdracht, planning en kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen wordt uitgevoerd en stuurt bij wanneer nodig. Je zorgt dat materialen, materieel, gereedschap en tekeningen tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Je verzorgt en coördineert de administratie en registreert en bewaakt uren, werkbonnen, revisietekeningen en meer- en minderwerk. Je maakt installaties opleveringsgereed, test deze, bereidt inbedrijfstellingen voor en assisteert daarbij indien nodig. Je lost problemen tijdens de uitvoering zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op en stemt afwijkingen tijdig af met de projectleiding. Je ziet toe op naleving van de voorschriften en procedures voor kwaliteit, Arbo, milieu en veiligheid. Op de projectlocatie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen monteurs, onderaannemers, de opdrachtgever en de projectleiding. Je rapporteert aan de projectverantwoordelijke of projectleidinggevende.

OVER ONS: SkilledPeople, label van THS B.V., is een arbeidsbemiddelingsbureau in Amsterdam voor het uitzenden en detacheren van technici uit Nederland, andere EU-landen en daarbuiten op projecten in heel Nederland. DE FUNCTIE: Voor Croonwolter&dros zoeken wij 3 Chefmonteurs Industrie en Energie met uitzicht op een langdurig dienstverband en vast contract. Deze technische dienstverlener richt zich op expertise, veiligheid, innovatie en betrouwbare, toekomstbestendige installaties. Je werkt voor de divisie Noord-West Industrie & Energie in Amsterdam, op projecten voor industrie, netbeheerders en energieproducenten in Noord-Holland, Utrecht en Flevoland. JOUW ROL: Je bent een ervaren elektrotechnisch vakman of vakvrouw die overzicht houdt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mensen duidelijk en motiverend aanstuurt. Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen binnen de opdracht en werkt samen met collega's, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. WAT BIEDEN WIJ: Bruto EUR 3.541 tot EUR 5.200 per maand bij 40 uur, van ontwikkelend tot Excellent-niveau. Je startsalaris hangt af van relevante (leidinggevende) ervaring en technische kennis. Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO Metaal & Techniek, pensioen via StiPP, 32-40 uur bij SkilledPeople, contract minimaal 1 jaar met intentie tot rechtstreekse vaste indiensttreding bij Croonwolter&dros binnen 2 jaar. Vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen bij fulltime. Toepasselijke toeslagen afhankelijk van project, werktijden en rooster. Benodigde opleidingen en certificeringen, opleidingsbudget en ontwikkeling binnen industrie en energie-infrastructuur. Doorgroei naar Uitvoerder of andere technische en coördinerende functies. Bedrijfsauto, laptop, telefoon, werkkleding, schoenen en gereedschap. Ondersteuning door SkilledPeople en Croonwolter&dros. Waar van toepassing hulp bij huisvesting, verhuizing naar Nederland en benodigde werkdocumenten.
