Dat vraagt om technisch inzicht, overzicht en iemand die op de werkvloer de leiding durft te pakken. Als Chefmonteur Werktuigbouwkunde ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt op locatie. Je stuurt een eigen ploeg monteurs en verschillende onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Maar je staat zeker niet alleen met een planning in je hand. Wanneer het nodig is, werk je gewoon mee aan de installaties. Je komt terecht in een complexe utiliteitsomgeving waar wordt gewerkt aan onder andere cv, koeling, stoom, luchtbehandeling en waterinstallaties . De uitdaging? De werkzaamheden zo uitvoeren dat het ziekenhuis ondertussen gewoon operationeel kan blijven. Wat kun jij van ons verwachten? Verantwoordelijkheid nemen mag ook goed beloond worden. Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris van €4.100 tot €5.700 bruto per maand , afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; - Maar liefst 38 vrije dagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband: 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen; - Een goede pensioenregeling en vakantiegeld; - Mogelijkheden voor een leaseauto, laptop en smartphone afhankelijk van de functie; - Een persoonlijk opleidingsplan met vakgerichte trainingen en cursussen; - Extra mogelijkheden rondom vitaliteit, waaronder bedrijfsfitness en personeelsactiviteiten.
