Über den Job

Im Service und an der Bar hast Du den meisten Gästekontakt. Freundlichkeit und ein gepflegtes Äußeres hast Du natürlich schon verinnerlicht.

Als Chef de rang bist Du in der Früh für das Frühstücksservice und das Mise-en-place für das Abendservice zuständig. Dein Hauptaugenmerk liegt abends natürlich auf der perfekten Bedienung unserer Halbpensionsgäste im Gourmet-Halbpensions-Restaurant. In unserem 5-köpfigen Serviceteam sind alle gleich wichtig!

Als Barkeeper bist Du alleinverantwortlich an der Bar und deckst sowohl den Nachmittag nach dem Skifahren, als auch die Aperitiva und Digestives Abends in unserer Lobby und an der Bar ab. Wir freuen uns auf Deine Kreativität, Deine Passion und neue Ideen! Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und absolute Verlässlichkeit setzen wir voraus.

Deine Aufgaben - sei Gastgeber und überzeuge!

* Verantwortung über eine Station und deren Abrechnung

* Täglicher Mise en place und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

* Aktiver Weinverkauf (vor allem der heimischen Weine)

* Gästekontakt - auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingehen

Du bringst mit:

* An der Bar freuen wir uns auf Deine Cocktailkenntnisse und dein Bar-Wissen

* Kreativität und Selbstständigkeit

* Teamgeist

* sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* weitgehendes Fachwissen über alle Servicethemen, gute Weinkenntnisse
