Chief Engineer - Park Plaza Eindhoven Als Chief Engineer bij Park Plaza Eindhoven ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten. Je coördineert en voert routine-, preventief en noodonderhoud en reparaties uit, zowel aan het interieur als het exterieur van het hotel, om de optimale staat van het hotel te waarborgen. Wij zoeken een Chief Engineer die:

• De onderhoudsafdeling maximaliseert met een evenwichtige focus op operaties, gast-, medewerker- en eigenaarstevredenheid. • Toezicht houdt op onderhoudstaken en prioriteiten stelt voor een tijdige en accurate afronding. • Zorgdraagt voor het juiste gebruik en periodiek onderhoud van alle apparatuur. • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor kwaliteit van dienstverlening, het behalen/overtreffen van financiële doelstellingen, korte- en langetermijnplanning en dagelijkse gang van zaken. • Een behulpzaam en professioneel imago uitdraagt naar gasten en collega's door positief en volledig in te gaan op verzoeken. • Een overzichtelijke en correcte administratie bijhoudt van alle reparaties en onderhoud aan installaties en apparatuur. • Een passie heeft voor gastvrijheid. • Bij voorkeur een elektrotechnische achtergrond heeft. • Vloeiend Nederlands spreekt (vereist). • Ervaring in hospitality heeft (pré). • Onze waarden deelt: Vertrouwen, Respect, Teamwork, Enthousiasme, Betrokkenheid & Zorg.
