1 Chief Information Officer (w/m/d) Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Strategie der NÖKU-Gruppe, inklusive Roadmap und Jahresplanung. * Fachliche, koordinierende, budgetäre und vor allem strategische Leitung der Abteilungen IT und EDV Services, Ticketing Studio, Digital Studio und der Stabsstelle Datenschutz/ISO. * Abstimmung der Fachbereiche untereinander sowie mit den 15 Tochter-Betrieben und deren Geschäftsführungen. * Ausbau und Vorsitz der gruppenweiten IT-Governance. * Steuerung des IT-Portfolios, der Investitionen und der Budgets der vier Bereiche. * Leitung NÖKU-gruppenweiter Projekte und Programme. * Verantwortung für die Enterprise-, Daten- und Technologiearchitektur (z. B. Standards, Systemrollen, Datenhoheit, Konsolidierung von Systemen). * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen IT- und Digitalisierungsbetriebs, u. a. über Servicekatalog, Service-Levels für die Betriebe, Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Lizenz- und Vertragsmanagement. * Umsetzung der Security-Baseline und des Business-Continuity-Managements gemeinsam mit der Informationssicherheit (CISO). Verantwortung für die Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben wie DSGVO und EU AI Act im IT- und Digitalisierungsbereich...

Wen wir suchen * Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar). * Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer IT-Leitungsfunktion, idealerweise in einer Holding-, Konzern- oder Matrixorganisation mit mehreren Gesellschaften. * Nachweisbare Erfolge in Transformationsvorhaben (z.B. Überführung dezentraler IT-Landschaften in ein gesteuertes Gruppenmodell). * Fachkenntnisse in den relevanten Bereichen: Infrastruktur und Arbeitsplatz, Ticketing- und CRM-Systeme, digitale Produkte/Web sowie Datenschutz (DSGVO). * Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Governance, Enterprise-Architektur, Servicemanagement und Informationssicherheit. * Kenntnis der regulatorischen Anforderungen (DSGVO, EU AI Act). * Ausgewiesene Projekt- und Programmmanagement-Kompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung paralleler Vorhaben über mehrere Organisationseinheiten. * Erfahrung in der Personalführung mehrerer Teams bzw. Abteilungsleitungen. * Ausgeprägte strategische Kompetenz sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz. * Hohe Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz. * Stakeholder-Kompetenz in Relation zu den Geschäftsführungen unserer Tochterbetriebe. * Erfahrung mit dem praktischen Einsatz von KI und neuen Technologien, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, für vier Bereiche und 15 Betriebe Standards umzusetzen. * Sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse...
