Je vertaalt strategie naar uitvoering en bewaakt de samenhang tussen mens, proces, techniek en fysieke beveiliging, ook voor operationele technologie in vastgoed. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het informatiebeveiligingsteam van circa 30 professionals - Opstellen, handhaven en communiceren van beleid, kaders en richtlijnen voor informatiebeveiliging - Ondersteunen van eerste lijn Digiteams en vastgoedprojecten bij risicobeheersing en compliance - Adviseren van directie en management over risico's, maatregelen en prioriteiten - Bewaken van de integratie tussen IT-beveiliging, operationele technologie en fysieke beveiliging - Vergroten van informatiebeveiligingsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie Wat wordt er gevraagd? - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als CISO in een grote, complexe organisatie (zoals (semi)overheid, universiteit of onderzoeksinstelling) - Bedrijfskundige, bestuurlijke of vergelijkbare achtergrond - Kennis van operationele technologie en vastgoedgebonden systemen met koppeling naar fysieke beveiliging - Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk Wat wordt er geboden? - Reizen met openbaar vervoer wordt gestimuleerd; er wordt een ov-kaart verstrekt voor woon-werkverkeer en dienstreizen - Beschikbaarheid van bedrijfsauto's voor locaties die slecht bereikbaar zijn met het ov - Flexibiliteit in werken qua tijd en locatie in overleg met leidinggevende - Veiligheidsonderzoek kan onderdeel zijn van de procedure Over Rijksvastgoedbedrijf Rijksvastgoedbedrijf is een organisatie binnen de Rijksoverheid di...
