Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Samen ondersteunen we collega's en bestuurders in Albrandswaard, Barendrecht en Ridderkerk. In deze zelfstandige, invloedrijke rol neem je stakeholders op alle niveaus mee in het belang van zorgvuldige informatiebeveiliging. Voor het stafbureau zoeken wij een CISO voor 32-36 uur per week. Als Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) werk je aan de stevige verankering van informatiebeveiliging en digitale weerbaarheid binnen de gemeenten Albrandswaard, Barendrecht, Ridderkerk en De BedrijfsvoeringsPartner (DBP). Jouw impact als CISO is groot: je werkt voor vier organisaties, ieder met eigen verantwoordelijkheden en belangen. Je zoekt naar gezamenlijke oplossingen en houdt oog voor wat iedere organisatie nodig heeft. Je speelt een grote rol bij het meer volwassen maken van informatieveiligheid van onze vier organisaties en draagt bij aan de digitale veiligheid van inwoners en medewerkers. Je bent de strategische en tactische adviseur voor bestuur, directies, en management. Gevraagd én ongevraagd informeer en adviseer je over risico's, ontwikkelingen en maatregelen. Complexe of technische vraagstukken vertaal je naar heldere keuzes: wat is het risico, wat kunnen we doen en wat betekent dat voor de praktijk? Regelmatig bespreek je met iedere gemeente het actuele risicobeeld, relevante ontwikkelingen, de voortgang van maatregelen. Je werkt nauw samen met de ISO en TISO collega's en in afstemming met onze FG. Het onderhouden van relaties met deze collega's én met onze gemeenten zie je als logisch onderdeel van je werk. Je leert mensen kennen, luistert naar wat er speelt en zorgt dat collega's je weten te vinden. Je bent nadrukkelijk geen CISO op afstand. Je volgt ontwikkelingen in cybersecurity, wetgeving, AI, cloud, digit...
