Voor een organisatie die gespecialiseerd is in digitale veiligheid zoeken wij een CISO in Leiden. Deze organisatie test, traint, levert oplossingen en adviseert klanten op korte en lange termijn. About The Job Als CISO ben je verantwoordelijk voor de informatiebeveiliging van de organisatie. Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar beleid en zorgt dat security op alle niveaus wordt geborgd. Daarnaast: - Stel je het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid en de securitystrategie op en bewaak je die. - Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ISMS en de naleving van ISO 27001. - Zorg je dat de organisatie voldoet aan NIS2 en de Cyberbeveiligingswet. - Voer je risicoanalyses uit en adviseer je de directie over risico's en maatregelen. - Coördineer je de aanpak van securityincidenten. - Vergroot je het securitybewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Your Qualities - Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in informatiebeveiliging, waarvan 3 jaar in een leidinggevende of adviserende rol. - Een hbo- of wo-opleiding in IT, informatiebeveiliging of een vergelijkbare richting. - Relevante certificaten, zoals CISSP, CISM of ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor. - Ruime kennis van ISO 27001, NIS2 en de Cyberbeveiligingswet. - Ervaring met het opzetten en beheren van een ISMS. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met adviseren op directieniveau. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
