Civiel Calculator Standplaats: omgeving Den Bosch | 32 - 40 uur Als Civiel Calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van gedegen calculaties en kostprijsbegrotingen voor civieltechnische infraprojecten in de grond-, weg- en waterbouw (GWW). Je analyseert contractdocumenten en vertaalt technische informatie naar een betrouwbare en competitieve aanbieding. Je belangrijkste taken hierbij zijn; - Opstellen van kostenramingen en beoordelen van offertes. - Identificeren van kansen en risico's binnen civiele projecten. - Bedenken van projectfaseringen en het opstellen van planningen. - Onderbouwen van keuzes in projectgroepen en tijdens overleg met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Zorgen voor een heldere overdracht van calculaties aan het projectteam na gunning. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als calculator. - Ervaring binnen de civieltechnische sector is een pré maar geen vereiste. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent analytisch sterk en kunt goed communiceren met verschillende stakeholders.
