Wij zijn op zoek naar een Civieltechnisch Projectmanager die ervaring heeft met een integrale aanpak van projecten. Als Civieltechnisch Projectmanager zorg je ervoor dat civieltechnische projecten integraal worden aangepakt volgens principes van het projectmatig werken. Je stuurt een projectteam aan met veel deskundige disciplines en binnen de verschillende projectfases; van initiatief, ontwerp tot en met nazorgfase en treedt daarbij op als gedelegeerd opdrachtgever naar ontwerpende en uitvoerende partijen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van het project; van opdracht naar overdracht. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijke voor de projectbeheersing op gebieden van Tijd, Geld, Kwaliteit, Informatie, Organisatie en Risico's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inkopen van werken, leveringen en diensten binnen de goedgekeurde projectbudgetten en de uitvoering ervan. Je realiseert infrastructurele projecten in de Openbare Ruimte van multidisciplinaire aard in een ingewikkeld netwerk met interne opdrachtgevers, externe partijen en een stevig participatietraject. Je werkt in een technische en complexe (bestuurlijke) omgeving met veel interne en externe relaties.
