Ben jij klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging binnen de wereld van techniek? Bij buro Nexus zijn we steeds op zoek naar de meest gedegen professional(s) om binnen ons netwerk op langdurige, toonaangevende projecten het verschil te maken als Werkvoorbereider.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat materialen, planningen en werkmethodes perfect op elkaar aansluiten en bewaart het overzicht van begin tot eind. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik en gestructureerde aanpak kan het projectteam rekenen op een vlekkeloze voorbereiding én een vlotte uitvoering.

In deze rol ben je van grote waarde: je denkt mee bij het beoordelen van offertes en het sluiten van contracten met onderaannemers, controleert en optimaliseert werktekeningen en zorgt dat de projectplanning realistisch en haalbaar is. Je volgt de voortgang van de bouwwerken en de kosten nauwgezet op, zodat alles volgens afspraak verloopt. Ook de administratieve kant van het project is bij jou in goede handen, net als het bestellen van materialen en het coördineren van leveringen.

Kortom: jij bent de onmisbare spil die ervoor zorgt dat onze projecten niet alleen starten met een goed plan, maar ook succesvol worden afgerond.

· Je hebt een bachelor-, industrieel- of burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde op zak .

· Je hebt ervaring op civiele bouwprojecten.

· Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, goede kennis van Engels is een plus.

· Je werkt graag in team en neemt vlot initiatief.
