Voor een sterk lokaal verankerde bankomgeving in Waregem zoeken we een Client Advisor die klanten professioneel begeleidt, opportuniteiten ziet en energie krijgt van persoonlijk contact.

Je komt terecht in een kantoor waar klanten nog effectief binnenwandelen voor advies en waar collega’s samenwerken om mensen echt verder te helpen. Geen anonieme callcenter-vibes dus.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen verder met dagelijkse bankzaken én gerichte oplossingen.

Concreet:

• Je ontvangt klanten professioneel en klantgericht

• Je begeleidt klanten rond betalingsverkeer en bancaire producten

• Je voert adviesgesprekken en detecteert opportuniteiten

• Je verwijst klanten door naar gespecialiseerde collega’s waar nodig

• Je biedt een brede 360° service aan particuliere klanten

• Je contacteert klanten proactief voor afspraken en opvolging

• Je helpt klanten mee in de digitale evolutie van bankieren

• Je werkt actief mee aan een hoge klantentevredenheid

Na jouw opleiding bouw je stap voor stap expertise op binnen verschillende domeinen van bank en verzekeringen.

Wie zoeken we echt?

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, maar begrijpt dat vertrouwen opbouwen belangrijker is dan snelle scores.
  • • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • • Je hebt ervaring met kredieten voor zelfstandigen en bedrijven
  • • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • • Je werkt graag zelfstandig maar functioneert ook goed in team
  • • Je legt vlot contacten en onderhoudt relaties op lange termijn
  • • Je bent flexibel, sociaalvaardig en professioneel
  • • Je houdt het hoofd koel in drukke situaties
  • • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio en kent de lokale markt
