In dieser Rolle gestaltest du ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis im BRUNA Studio, baust bedeutungsvolle Beziehungen zu unseren Kund_innen auf und trägst aktiv zur Performance und den Werten unseres Teams bei.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du präsentierst unsere einzigartigen Schmuckstücke gekonnt und schaffst Erlebnisse, die BRUNA's Werte und Ästhetik zum Leben erwecken. Dabei baust du echte, persönliche Beziehungen zu unseren Kund_innen auf und förderst ein starkes Community-Gefühl.

Im Detail bedeutet das:

* Mit fundiertem Produkt- und Markenwissen selbstbewusst beraten und stylen * Gemeinsam mit deinem Team Verkaufsziele erreichen und zum Erfolg beitragen * Visual Merchandising Standards sicherstellen und den täglichen Studio-Betrieb unterstützen * Positive Energie und eine lösungsorientierte Haltung in jede Interaktion einbringen * Am Puls der Zeit bleiben (neue Kollektionen, Style-Trends und Wiens kreative Fashion-Szene) und daraus inspirierende Gespräche machen * Initiative ergreifen, selbstständig arbeiten und kontinuierlich nach Verbesserungen suchen * Eng mit dem Team und der Store Managerin zusammenarbeiten, um ein leistungsstarkes und inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld zu gestalten

DEIN BACKGROUND Du hast Erfahrung im Retail oder in kundennahen Rollen und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für persönlichen Stil sowie echte Leidenschaft für Fashion und Menschen mit.

Außerdem:

* Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise (du ergreifst Initiative und löst Dinge selbstständig) * Positive Energie, Bescheidenheit und die Fähigkeit, im Team aufzublühen * Neugier, Offenheit für Feedback und den Wunsch, kontinuierlich zu lernen und zu wachsen * Den Anspruch, Qualität zu liefern und mit deiner Arbeit echten Impact zu schaffen * Klare, selbstbewusste Kommunikation, besonders mit Kund_innen * Der Tätigkeit entsprechende, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift, fließendes Englisch ist ein großes Plus * Flexibilität bei den Arbeitszeiten, abgestimmt auf die Bedürfnisse des Studios * Identifikation mit BRUNA's Werten und Begeisterung, die Zukunft mitzugestalten * ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN: Montag - Freitag 10:00 - 19:00 Uhr, Samstag 10:00 - 18:00 Uhr
