  • Je verwelkomt klanten en bezoekers en zorgt voor een warm onthaal.
  • Je beantwoordt telefoons, mails en vragen en schakelt vlot met collega's.
  • Je plant afspraken in voor klanten, prospects en accountmanagers.
  • Je ondersteunt het commerciële team bij de opvolging van klantencontacten.
  • Je organiseert interne en externe evenementen en zorgt voor een vlotte kantoorwerking.

Hou je van persoonlijk contact, neem je graag initiatief en krijg je energie van organiseren? Dan voel je je in deze functie ongetwijfeld thuis.

  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of bouwde doorheen de jaren een sterke relevante ervaring op in een klantgerichte functie.
  • Je geniet van dagelijks contact met klanten, bezoekers en collega's en bent graag het eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je organiseert makkelijk, stelt prioriteiten en behoudt overzicht wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk lopen.

Ervaring binnen de financiële sector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Belangrijker is dat je maturiteit uitstraalt, initiatief neemt en klanten op een warme en professionele manier verderhelpt.
