Jij zorgt voor sterke klantrelaties, bewaakt onze dienstverlening en ziet waar kansen liggen om samen verder te groeien. TJIP ontwikkelt digitale oplossingen voor organisaties binnen onder andere Hypotheken, Verzekeren, Pensioenen en Vermogensbeheer. Als Client Delivery Manager verbind jij onze klanten met de teams binnen TJIP. Wat ga je doen? Als Client Delivery Manager verbind je klanten en ontwikkelteams. Je maakt plannen, bewaakt verwachtingen en zorgt dat klanten krijgen wat ze nodig hebben - liefst net iets meer. - Bouw en onderhoud duurzame klantrelaties, met veel persoonlijke aandacht en hospitality. - Bewaak klantcontracten, SLA's en de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. - Signaleer commerciële kansen en realiseert vervolgopdrachten. - Stel offertes op en begeleidt het offerteproces. - Definieer KPI's, bespreekt resultaten en ondersteunt klanten bij RFC's. - Creeër overzicht en duidelijkheid richting interne teams en stakeholders. - Borg de voortgang van projecten en stuurt op tijd, kwaliteit en verwachtingen. - Geef richting en breng structuur waarbij je bouwt aan relaties die écht waarde toevoegen. - Verbind business en techniek, signaleer kansen en help organisaties verder. - Draag verbetermogelijkheden intern uit en houdt iedereen in dezelfde flow. Wat breng jij mee? Jij begrijpt de dynamiek van de financiële branche, van hypotheekprocessen tot verzekeringsketens. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen klant, business en techniek.
