We hebben namelijk een mooie vacature openstaan voor een Client Service Director (32-40 uur). Bij brandwebbing werken we in drie teams: Creatie (conceptontwikkeling en design), Media (mediastrategie, inkoop en campagnemanagement), Client Service (relatie- en projectmanagement). Als Client Service Director ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen het Client Service team met vier Project leads. Daarnaast ben je ook een strategische sparring partner voor onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat zij de beste service en marketingoplossingen krijgen. Wat ga je precies doen? Als Client Services Director heb je een veelzijdige rol waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het beheren en uitbreiden van klantrelaties, het aansturen van een gedreven team en het optimaliseren van interne processen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering en weet zowel klanten, partners als collega's te inspireren met jouw visie en aanpak. Je werk - Je fungeert als strategisch businesspartner voor klanten en zorgt voor klanttevredenheid. - Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar effectieve marketing- en communicatieoplossingen. - Je maakt duidelijke afspraken over aanspreekpunten, teams, budgetten en planning. - Je optimaliseert interne processen en tools in samenwerking met de Operations Manager. - Je onderhoudt en breidt klantrelaties en strategische partnerships uit. - Je geeft leiding aan, coacht en ontwikkelt het Client Service Team. - Je zorgt voor de juiste tools, trainingen en kennisdeling binnen het team. - Je identificeert commerciële kansen en draagt bij aan new business pitches. - Je houdt zicht op budgetten en financiële voortgang. - Je onderhoudt een sterk netwerk en ...
