Bij CoMoveIT help je mensen met complexe motorische beperkingen richting zelfstandige mobiliteit. Je bent afwisselend op kantoor in Brugge en geregeld op locatie in België en Europa bij centra en partners.

Over CoMoveIT

CoMoveIT is een Belgische medtech scale-up en spin-off van KU Leuven. We ontwikkelen innovatieve besturingssystemen voor elektrische rolstoelen voor mensen die nood hebben aan een alternatieve manier van rijden.

Je komt terecht in een klein, internationaal team waar klinische expertise rechtstreeks verbonden is met product, training en sales met impact op het dagelijkse leven van onze eindklanten.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen twee weken zien er hetzelfde uit. Als Clinical Mobility Expert ben je de klinische schakel tussen eindgebruikers, therapeuten, dealers, partners en het CoMoveIT-team.

  • Testen en assessments uitvoeren met eindgebruikers in revalidatiecentra en andere zorgsettings in België en Europa.
  • Rolstoeladviseurs bij partners en dealers ondersteunen bij testen, voorstellingen en klinische vragen.
  • Productintroducties, demonstraties en trainingen geven aan therapeuten, verstrekkers, dealers en andere mobiliteitsprofessionals.
  • Actief bijdragen aan sales: nieuwe contacten leggen, relaties onderhouden, opportuniteiten herkennen en mee zorgen dat productintroducties leiden tot concrete testen en trajecten met eindgebruikers.
  • Europese partners ondersteunen bij hun activiteiten richting dealers, zorgprofessionals en eindklanten.
  • Feedback en inzichten uit het werkveld verzamelen en terugkoppelen naar sales, productontwikkeling, service en marketing.
  • Mee bouwen aan de CoMoveIT Academy en praktische trainingsmaterialen ontwikkelen, zoals presentaties, video's en documenten.
  • CoMoveIT vertegenwoordigen op congressen, opleidingen en internationale beurzen.
  • Naast je werk op de baan werk je ook vanuit ons kantoor in Brugge aan voorbereiding, opvolging, training, interne projecten en commerciële activiteiten.

We zoeken vooral iemand met een sterke klinische of bewegingsgerichte achtergrond en interesse in assistieve technologie. Je kennis en opleiding zijn belangrijk, maar je manier van denken en je inzet minstens evenveel.

  • Je hebt een relevante achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld als ergotherapeut, kinesitherapeut, bewegingstechnoloog, mobiliteitsverstrekker of vanuit een andere paramedische of revalidatiegerichte opleiding.
  • Je hebt reeds enige ervaring met neurologische revalidatie, complexe motorische beperkingen, rolstoelen of mobiliteitshulpmiddelen.
  • Je combineert klinisch inzicht met een commerciële ingesteldheid: je ziet noden, legt makkelijk contacten en durft opportuniteiten verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je vindt het leuk om zowel op kantoor te zijn, als om geregeld onderweg te zijn, zowel onderweg in Belgie als op reis binnen Europa.
  • Je staat graag voor een groep en kunt complexe informatie helder en praktisch uitleggen.
  • Je kunt deze job zelfstandig opbouwen en invullen, bent flexibel en voelt je goed in een rol met veel afwisseling.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en Frans. Duits is een plus.
  • Je woont op een beperkte afstand van Brugge (max 60km).
