Verleg grenzen als clinical trial assistant binnen de dienst orthopedie

Voor onze dienst orthopedie zoeken wij een collega om tijdelijk het team te versterken. We zoeken een collega die zich thuis voelt binnen klinische studies en patiëntencontact.

We bieden een contract van bepaalde duur vanaf 1/1/2027 tem 1/7/2027 omwille van zwangerschapsvervanging. Het tewerkstellingspercentage bedraagt 80 - 100 %.

Hoe verleg je grenzen?

  • Je wordt ingeschakeld voor de organisatie, praktische opvolging, coördinatie en administratieve verwerking van klinische studies.
  • Je staat in voor het afnemen van vragenlijsten bij patiënten die in de studie geïncludeerd worden.
  • Je verzamelt data voor klinische studies, beheerst de database en voert de nodige analyses hierop uit.
  • Je participeert in multidisciplinair overleg, alsook in overleg met externe firma's. Een goede samenwerking met de andere studiemedewerkers, medische stafleden, interne en externe contactpersonen is hierbij essentieel.
  • Je werk in een vast rooster zonder weekend- of nachtactiviteit, maar in onderling overleg is een zekere mate van flexibiliteit in de uren mogelijk.

Wat heb je daarvoor nodig?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de verpleegkunde of een master in de biomedische wetenschappen.
  • Je hebt een passie voor klinisch wetenschappelijk onderzoek en een ruime interesse voor de opvolging van klinische studies.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden en je bent teamgericht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden en je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word en PowerPoint).
  • Je kan autonoom en punctueel werken met zin voor initiatief.
  • Je beschikt over organisatietalent en een uitstekend probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel.
  • Een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister (model 596-2) is noodzakelijk indien je in deze functie in contact komt met minderjarigen.
